Kayela Fleming Is a fundamental person within the history of Miami's music industry. She has promoted artists and produced shows in the southern arena since 1993. During the golden era of Hip Hop Kayela worked with clients the likes of Electra, Interscope, Loud, Geffen, Select, Sony, Death Row, Island/Def Jam Records, Palm Tree Enterprises and Hieroglyphics Imperium Recordings. She is known for street promotions, guerilla marketing and the production of Hip Hop concerts under the brand of Systa Systa Productions. Her shows helped to create awareness for many urban mainstream local Miami artists. Showcasing the local talent was always a priority. Artists such as Mother Superia, Dos Funky Bastardz, Mic Ripper, Mecca aka Grimo, DJ Craze, DJ Khaled, DJ Epps, DJ EFN, Society and Mangu, were always featured and anchored to concerts with headlining artists such as Redman, Tragedy Kadafi, Capone-N-Noreaga, GZA, KRS-1 and others.

Kayela also gained experience doing coordination of old school Miami music industry seminars such as How Can I Be Down, Hoodstock and The Mix Show Power Summit Music Conference. She also worked with The Source Magazine's youth foundation as assistant to the director; helping to coordinate musical events aimed at keeping the youth motivated to do well and stay in school.

Kayela’s experience of over 20 years of project management, brand development and marketing strategy combined with her training as a visual artist has allowed her a creative flair with the ability to understand the full spectrum of what it takes to make a project or campaign effective and culturally informed. Delivering on the creatives Kayela Concepts a new business imprint is the culmination of this experience. Most recently doing set design work she has had the honor of creating visuals with Blake 1 Designs for music videos featuring artists such as Kolyon, DJ E Feezy, Ace Hood, Camron and Rick Ross. The Music video for “NOUN” by Hot Boii is her latest set design venture while a love for photography has found her behind the lens on many new developments.
